Lemon Creme Chantilly

Yield: about 2 cups

1 c heavy cream
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 T lemon juice (You can change this to suit what flavor you want; you can use extracts, essences, etc. Measurement will depend on the flavoring you are using, so taste as you go.)

  • Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until peaks form.
  • Add the lemon juice; beat until combined. You can add food coloring if you wish
  • Use immediately.
