Peanut Butter Feuillitine

Yield: 6 inch disc

 
Ingredients:
100 g milk chocolate
25 g unsalted butter
30 g peanut butter
60 g corn flakes, coarsely crushed

 
Procedure:
  • Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
  • Add peanut butter and corn flakes. Make sure to coat all corn flakes with chocolate.
  • Transfer mixture on a baking tray lined with wax paper.
  • Spread mixture to form a disc or your desired shape.
  • Refrigerate until hard.
