Nutty Meringue Disc

Yield: 8x8 inch square or 9-10 pcs of 2 1/2 inch discs

Ingredients:
2 egg whites
58 g sugar
pinch of salt
55 g nuts of your choice(walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.), coarsely chopped

Procedure:
  • Whip the egg whites, salt and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold in the nuts.
  • Spread on a lined baking tray.
  • Bake on a 300 F preheated oven for 1 hour.
