28 g unsalted butter
80 g cream cheese
50 g (1/4 c ) sugar
1 egg
1 T all purpose flour
1/2 vanilla powder
- Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in egg.
- Add flour and vanilla powder.
- Use this recipe to make your brownies extra special. Once you pour your brownie batter on your baking pan, pour this recipe on top and use a toothpick to create swirls. To make nicer swirls, leave at least 2 T of brownie batter and drop dots on top of the cream cheese batter then swirl. The cream cheese topping just adds a subtle taste, if you like a stronger taste, add about 30 g more cream cheese. Bake as you would bake your brownie recipe.
