Orange Cream

Ingredients:
1 c heavy cream
1/4 c powdered sugar
zest of 1 orange
1 or 2 T Cointreau, Grand Marnier, rum or orange juice

 
Procedure:
  • Whip the cream and powdered sugar until peaks form.
  • Mix in the orange zest and rum.
  • Use immediately.
