Ingredients:
150 g (1 large) bananas12 g unsalted butter
8 g sugar
6 g rum (optional)
Procedure:
- Slice the bananas. Set aside.
- In a saute pan, heat the butter and sugar until sugar has caramelized.
- Add the sliced bananas.
- Add the rum (if using), be careful as the rum would flambe. Remove of heat.
