Caramelized Bananas

Ingredients:
150 g (1 large) bananas
12 g unsalted butter
8 g sugar
6 g rum (optional)

Procedure:
  • Slice the bananas. Set aside.
  • In a saute pan, heat the butter and sugar until sugar has caramelized.
  • Add the sliced bananas. 
  • Add the rum (if using), be careful as the rum would flambe. Remove of heat.
